"Not as advertised. Research what Unity World Headquarters is before booking. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. The main picture shown is of the Unity village where people permanently live, spiritualist and congregation activities occur, and where the organization operates out of. For the price relative to other hotels, the extra cost is not worth it. The interior hotel is old, but kept clean. Mattresses were hard and not comfortable like a Holiday inn or Comfort inn. Besides all of that, Unity is a spiritualist organization. This is not a normal hotel location and people should be aware before booking. "

"Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. As for the staff, the person who checked me in was nice and attentive. However, the person next to them was either overwhelmed or simply didn’t want to be working. They seemed annoyed and aggravated. I will give this person a little grace, considering the hotel appeared to be packed full of people. The breakfast provided was lackluster. Biscuits were hard and dry. The premade omelettes were overdone. Again, I wasn’t expecting an extra extravagant spread, but I do think it could be executed better for what that’s worth. Overall, I would rate the stay a tad below average. I give that rating primarily because of the lack of attention to detail. In no way am I trying to disparage this hotel. I think the stress of having so many people stay there had a roll to play and put strain on the staff. When I stay at this facility again? That’s debatable depending on how much the rate is for the 200+ dollars I spent I wasn’t impressed. As for the positives, the lady at the front desk who greeted me was very nice and respectful. Unfortunately, she was next to another coworker, who obviously needed a break. "

"The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. "
