"Our room was fabulous. The decor, comfort, and cleanliness of the room was great. We had a kingsize bed with the couch, chairs, a refrigerator with 2 waters, and three windows that opened to the front of the Mont. "First of all the hotel should provide a "hotel-run" shuttle dedicated to guests from the parking lot directly to the Mont's entrance. Even with minimal luggage, it was incredibly inconvenient to walk from the bus drop-off to the Gate and then on the cobblestone street up to the hotel !! Secondly, to access our reserved room, we had to go through a maze of stairs, outside on the rampart, through some room being repaired & then again down some more stairs....
