"We rented the penthouse. It had a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. They had a shuttle waiting for us upon arrival and the staff was helpful with all our luggage. There is even a hot tub, steam and sauna room for use in the building. "The perfect place to spend 3 days in Zermatt. Kitchen had what we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Laundry facilities, which was greatly needed. Beautiful view of the town of Zermatt and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Rental office very responsive and great to work with. They scheduled a taxi for us at a discounted rate when we arrived and left. Love this place! "

"15min walk from train station. Close to restraunts & shops. Apartment was clean & fit our family of four comfortably. Shower drain did not drain properly, however a plumber was sent & problem fixed. "The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them.
