"The hotel was fine for our stay, but it's definitely showing its age and could use some updating. We appreciated having a suite with a kitchenette, which gave us a little extra space. Our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear it dinging throughout our stay, especially when things were quieter. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the selection was fairly limited, so don't expect a lot of variety. Overall, it met our basic needs, but with some updates and a better breakfast...

"The bed & the air conditioner were the best things about the room. It took multiple requests & 4 days of my 7 day stay to get the bathroom light working, forcing me to go bathe at a friend's house. I always travel with a pack of disinfectant wipes, which is good because they were black after I wiped the TV remote, light switches, & doorknobs. And I had to clean mold out of the microwave before I used it. The fridge was clean & worked well. Parking was adequate."

"This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville."

"Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!"

"The place was old; kept up & clean, but a touch decrepit. Iron & ironing board in the room. Hangers there. Small coffee maker worked. Ice machine in the hall, with soda machine. Elevators worked. So all functional. Only doughnuts and bagels (but no toaster) for the breakfast NO (nada, zilch, zip...) room service in my 4-night stay. No towel change, garbage taken, wipe-down, replenish coffee or TP... No service. Desk was friendly and helpful when asked. Security guards gave everyone the...
