Que dire… Nous sommes arrivé à 15h. Nous avons légèrement attendu afin d’avoir nos deux chambres. Nous nous installons, et 5min plus tard nous découvrons qu’il n’y a pas d’eau. Je vais voir la réception pour me dire qu’il y a une coupure d’eau d’environs 30min, il aurait été utile de le dire lors de notre Check in…, puis l’eau est revenu 1h10 plus tard. Suite à ça je souhaite le doucher, je découvre des cheveux encore présent dans la douche. Et le gel douche complètement vide. La réception m’en a livré un quelques temps après. Je demande des bouteilles d’eau car dans la chambre une chaleur du diable. Nous décidons d’aller à la piscine intérieure, comme indiqué nous pourrions demander peignoir et chausson. Mais personne à la piscine.. j’ai du retourner à la réception de nouveau. Puis nous allons à l’eau. Le sauna était éteins (pour cause énergétique ce que je peux comprendre) mais j’ai dû retourner encore une fois à la réception pour que quelqu’un vienne l’allumer. Et quand nous voulions nous laver à la piscine avant d’aller à l’eau, les gel douches étaient également vide….. Concernant le petit déjeuner, pas très garni, la vaisselle manquait à chaque fois, on a du redemander plusieurs fois, bol, pâte à tartiner, œuf brouillés… le tarif ne reflète pas la qualité du buffet. Et l’hôtel mérite un bon coup de frais…

Les fenêtres et portes fenêtres en PVC ne ferment pas où s ou s'ouvrent difficilement La mini salle de sport n est pas entrenue, sans climatisation et très mal rangée ? Étonnant pour un Mercure.. Cet hôtel à besoin de maintenance..

Très déçu de cet hôtel. Sous prétexte de préserver la planète et d économiser l’eau, notre chambre n a pas été faite pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits malgré nos demandes. De de fait poubelles pleines, chambre pas nettoyée, serviettes non changées, et je dire où se trouve o économie puisque en rallant ils finissaient par nous donner des serviettes propres. Prestations pas digne d une Mercure mais plutôt aller dans un Airbnb et on aurait eu meilleurs services ! - autant de personnel est inutile compte tenu du peu de service donné. Sauna pas chaud, peingnoira aur demande, bref ne vous étonnez pas de perdre des clients au détriment des chambres d’airbnb avec de telles prestations

Je retourne avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel qui se rénove de plus en plus. Les salles au rez de chaussée sont superbes et bien mises en valeur. On imagine aisément le faste d'antan. J'apprécie tout particulièrement les piscines intérieure et extérieure. Le dîner au 1909 était réussi tout comme le breakfast où rien ne manque. Je reviendrai encore une fois

J'ai payé le même prix que tout le monde mais on m'a donné la plus petite chambre avec un radiateur qui faisait un bruit d'eau dès que le chauffage se mettait en marche et surtout une salle de bain miniature avec un acces à la douche coincé entre les toilettes et un porte serviette . Pas de sauna ,de spa, de massage ,,tres déçu pour un hotel de la chaîne Mercure.
