Excellent reception (Philippe), preceded by excellent, speedy communication and replies to questions before arrival. Walking distance from train station. Friendly, helpful staff. "This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large by European standards and modern and very clean. The parking lot is located behind the hotel which we accidentally found when we drove past finding no spots and were circling around. It is right next to a lovely garden. We very much enjoyed this place. We walked all over the old town and found a great restaurant (Bon Pain Bon Vin). Loved our time in Annecy."

"The room was really nice, the balcony amazing, the staff super nice. Breakfast was nice. Enjoyed the location on the village square, cute and quaint. we stayed there out of the busy seasons so parking wasn't too bad but I can see that being a bit of a struggle during tourist season unless you're riding a motorcycle in which case you get to park at the hotel. That would be the only drawback. We had an amazing stay in the heart of the Alps at a very nice hotel."
