"Vi rejste 2 voksne og to større børn. Vi havde det skønneste ophold i 4. Nætter i den smukkeste suite på 5. Sal. Virkelig lækkert nyt hotel, hvor alt var tip top. Morgenmaden rigtig god, det venligste og mest hjælpsomme personale. Mulighed for at vaske tøj var rigtigt fedt, vi rejste 3 uger i 4 lande. Eneste minus er, at det er dyrt at parkere alle vegne. Vi vil til hver tid anbefale dette flotte skønne hotel."

"Ein Zimmer, das meine Erwartungen übertraf. Ich hatte Blick auf das Matterhorn und das Dorf Zermatt. Das Badezimmer ist etwas alt und dunkel. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber man kann an der Rezeption nach heißem Wasser fragen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen."

"Stayed for a week and really liked the place, near the buses and a 10 min walk to centrum. Nice views from the hotel and quiet. Nice facilities and relax area. Breakfast was good. Recommend! "

"Enfin, un vieux rêve est devenu réalité, nous avons admiré le Matterhorn! L'hôtel Butterfly était parfait: Joli, propre, très calme bien que tout près de la gare et de la rue principale si animée. Le personnel était très agréable. On s'est régalé d'un petit-déjeuner copieux, avec des produits de qualité. On a particulièrement apprécié le goûter complémentaire! "This location is excellent and the train station is across the street, (I never heard the train). The green line bus stop is about a 30 second walk, while the heart of downtown is located a couple of minutes from this hotel. The rooms were clean and my hostel bed was configured in such a way that it was very private. I would stay here again!"

"Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back! "
