"The hotel is ideally situated to walk to the castle in 15 minutes in one direction as well as a 15 minute walk in the other direction to the town. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making our stay very pleasing. Our room had a small balcony, which looked over the pont vieux, the river as well as part of the castle. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed and a good shower area. One downside was the small toilet area in a separate room/cupboard. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of foods and drinks to choice from. The hotel offered secure underground parking at a rate of $15 per day. We paid for the parking, but if you want to save some money, there is a small public car park near the hotel for free."

"Lovely hotel, in a perfect location in the medieval city. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good, more like a brunch, with quite a few options. Be aware that you can take a cab to the welcome location and then hotel staff will drive you and your luggage to the actual hotel. I only wish my room had a better view, but I ended up spending most of my time walking around and not in the room. Will gladly stay there again. Merci beaucoup to all the staff!"

"Generally a good hotel. Great to have secure parking near by. Excellent breakfast which we enjoyed outside in the pretty courtyard garden. Only disadvantage was that our room was on the third floor and there was no lift. Madam, however, insisted on carrying our bags up, which went well beyond what we expected!"
