"Check in at the hotel near the restaurant they had our name and room key already prepared and on the desk. Room was quiet, clean, and lovely. Small but perfect for our day trip to Lausanne and Lake Geneva, which is why we selected this hotel between the higher priced hotels in the cities (Geneva and Lausanne). "Very convenient location near the train station but walkable to all downtown locations. I checked in after the staff had left for the evening, and the check-in process was not smooth due to a missing credit card processor. Apart from that, the room was very clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed except a hair dryer. "

"Brilliant apartment in a spot you couldn't improve on, right next to the ski lift with views that stop you in your tracks. The team at the property were genuinely helpful, nothing too much trouble. Inside, the space is generous and well thought-through, modern styling sitting comfortably alongside traditional chalet character. Would go back without hesitation."
