"Don't bother.
Exceptionally rude and abusive staff.
According to the website, check-in is from 14.00.
Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00.
First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open.
Second room given had not been cleaned properly, there was litter on the floor and the door lock broke on...

"Super hotel avec de gros potentiels
Un beau 5 étoiles quand même mais Il y a des choses à améliorer
- Probleme de fuite de clim dans la chambre
- Systeme de carte vétuste qui se démagnétise trop facilement
Restaurant correct mais manque d'accompagnement
Mettez des frites et ou des pattes ça rassasie et ne gonfle pas trop la facture"

"Last minute booking. Host very helpful, room clean and warm. Swimming pool, sauna and hot tub in the garden. 20 minute walk to town. Pizza box machine outside, ( may of had one or two) 30mins away from le mans"
