"Very disappointing experience. We could not enter the hotel access zone at Mont Saint-Michel because the required code was never sent. After three calls, someone finally answered. At reception, staff said it was our responsibility to call and get the code, even though we had no signal and had to borrow a phone. Poor communication and no willingness to help. Also, there is no elevator, and we had to carry luggage upstairs. This was not mentioned when booking."

"First you have to check in to a “Main” hotel that monitors all hotels in Mont St Michel. Doesn’t matter what the name of your hotel is…. They check you in and give you directions to “pick up” your key. At 4:00pm. Then your sent yo the actual hotel you signed pd for. No desk clerk."
