"L'accueil très sympa, le calme du gîte et le petit déjeuner avec les autres locataires. Le moins, le manque de climatisation mais il faut dire que la canicule faisait partie du séjour."

"The property is stunning and the grounds pretty. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. As there was a heatwave, the air con was very much appreciated. It is a self check-in process and we didn't see any staff until breakfast time."

"The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed...

"Le menu est correct mais servi au "compte goutte". Plus de baguette3/4 d'heure après le début du service.....Pas de pâte à tartiner, peu de jus d'orange , de yaourts et de compotes...voire il faut en réclamer. C'est dommage."

"Lovely big room with very nice bathroom, all tastefully refurbished and very comfortable to a very high standard. Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful, suggesting local restaurants and places. Parking easy. A good base to explore local chateau and beaux village. Town itself not that exciting but we had missed the famous farmer market on Wednesday. Breakfast offered but we didn’t take it, but looked nice. Great for an overnight stop on the way to our ferry crossing."
