Only issue was that we had no hot water to shower the morning we left, which ironically enough is exactly why we booked them because of a hot water issue at another facility. "I have mobility issues so booked a ground floor room. When we checked in we were told to use the stairs to the first floor, there was no mention of a lift. We had been given a room with a mezzanine floor.The room was sparsely furnished, no bedside lamps, drawers, pictures or hanging space but apparently there was hanging space upstairs. There were no USB ports. When I opened the curtains the metal curtain pole fell down and hit me on the head. It appeared to have been wedged up with tissue."
