La fenêtre de la chambre était difficile à ouvrir mais Vanessa qui était préposée à l'accueil est immédiatement + aimablement venue l'ouvrir pour moi :) C'était bien apprécié

Clean facilities, extremely kind staff, WiFi is adequate for multiple devices, great location. The rooms are a little dated but well kept. Bathrooms are especially dated, but unobjectionable. Valet is convenient.
