"Very spacious, comfortable and well designed rooms with impressive high ceilings. Our room had a firmer king sized bed that was very comfortable for sleeping.
The room was sound proofed very well. We didn’t hear anything from our neighbours and a minimum of noise from the street.
This was actually our second visit to this hotel as I remember liking the rooms.
The hotel is actually a bit of a walk from old Quebec City (20 to 30 minutes depending on which route you take). If you have mobility...

"I searched for a place with a hot tub and this listing came up. It turns out, the hot tub is private to only one of the rooms, not the one we chose. I feel very misled by the listing and would have chosen a different area of the city with a more reasonable price point if I had known. As it was, it was in a little bit of rough area and the unit was fine, but not worth the price we paid without the hot tub."

"This beautiful and large loft was located in the worst part of town. There were homeless people up and down the streets, there was a homeless shelter one street over and when we were walking to the parkade to get our car there were homeless people digging into the garbage bins. So many fun restaurants in the area but we did not feel safe out in the evenings so we ordered in- twice there were people yelling in the streets, clearly some people w mental health issues.
The unit was lovely in size...

"Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h"
