"Well insulated room, we were right on the street and didn’t hear any traffic during our weekend stay. We could however hear the person above us walking in the night. The room itself is nice (4/5 clean- we found some long hair on the bathroom floor). Overall, good spot for a short-term stay. Easy to access the building and the room"

"L'appartement n'est pas en cause mais il est absolument impossible de fermer l'œil de la nuit. Le bruit excessif des clients du bar juste en face dure jusqu'à 3 ou 4 heures du matin et il en est ainsi chaque soir. A réserver soit à des personnes malentendante soit à des fêtards noctambules. Nous avons passé 4 nuits blanches."

"Location had well equipped kitchen , plenty of towels in the bathroom, comfortable beds with adequate blankets and pillows. Apt clean and comfortable.
Back of Apt looked out over alley, which got a little noisy in the early mornings.

"Stayed in 301-The loft its self is nice looking (fully equip)... We did have small ants we had to kill daily and few silver fish bugs in the bathroom coming from the baseboards (not a lot,but still not great). Pillows are awful, but the worst part about staying here has nothing to do with the condo its self but the location. Fri & Sat nights be prepared to not sleep till 3 am as the club downstairs is very loud. Unfortunately a lot a lot of un-housed, drug use and mentally unstable people in the...

"Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h"
