"Our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. The customer service was unwelcoming, and the staff came across as borderline rude, lacking both courtesy and initiative.
We arrived before the official check-in time and completely understood that our room might not be ready. Our reservation originally included two rooms, but because our party size had changed, we wanted to see either our room or a comparable one before deciding whether we still needed both rooms. This seemed like a reasonable request, but we were not accommodated.
Throughout the interaction, the staff appeared visibly annoyed, and several of our questions were met with short, dismissive responses that suggested they weren't fully listening or understanding what we were asking. When it was finally time to check in, we stood at the front desk waiting to be acknowledged while staff continued chatting among themselves instead of greeting or assisting us.
Overall, the level of customer service fell well below expectations and left a poor first impression of the hotel."
