"Beware the front desk staff…
Check-in is listed at 3PM.
I arrived very early, understandably the front desk was not able to check me in. I can understand being frustrated with guests expecting to be checked in early - fair enough. With that said, the front desk representative, named "Arnell," was extremely rude. Did not greet me when I arrived, provided curt one word responses, and was just an overall miserable person to interact with.
Arnell told me to return at 12PM, as the room would be ready then. She was gracious enough to ask if I wanted my luggage stored until I returned.
When I returned at 12PM to see if I could check in, again I was met with massive attitude. Arnell simply told me that "check-in is at 3PM," contradicting what she had said earlier.
Okay, no problem. I ask for my luggage back while I wait, and she gives me a look like she stepped in a pile of dog crap. Eventually, she has another representative get my luggage for me.
I return at 3PM. Now Arnell says that the room is still not ready, and to return in 25 minutes... But check-in is formally listed as at 3PM, and they had known that I have been here since before noon.
Ultimately, I wasn’t able to check-in until 3:40 PM (40 minutes after the formal check-in time). Later, I found out that some other guests I was traveling with was offered to check-in early for a fee… They were checked in 9AM, whereas I was made to wait close to 7 hours…"
