"There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. " Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Renovations & upgrades are obviously in progress and hallway & room were clean with new carpets & fresh paint. Bathtub & sink area molding & caulking were old & need replacement. Price reflected a minimum of amenities, but advertising breakfast & not even providing coffee was unacceptable. If there was a temporary reason why breakfast was not provided, the Mgr. should have told us when we checked in & we would not have been disappointed in the...

"When I walked in to my room. There was an awful stench coming from it. The first thing I saw was zero table for the lamp and all the furniture was duct taped together. I felt like I had bugs crawling on me in the night and when I woke up I saw a bug on my pillow. I’m terribly disgusted by this hotel and there needs to be a CHANGE."

"The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given."

"The water preasure and temperature were amazing! The bed was soft, pillows plush but that frame was loud! Haha. It's on the nicer end of what you'd expect from a truck stop motel of that price but it was one I'd go back to."
