"This is the most overpriced, unimpressive IHG property that I have ever experienced. Firstly, I have mobility issues. During my stay on June 5th to June 6th, both elevators were out of service on two separate occasions. I needed to go to my room and when I saw the elevator taped off, exactly as it is on the Big Bang Theory, I was advised it would be fixed within a couple of hours. It was fixed. But, it was broken down again and taped off again the next morning when I woke up. Maybe, as somebody nearing 70 years of age, I shouldn't even be visiting Tremblant but it is unacceptable to me when I'm paying near $500 per night that the elevators are out of order. It is dangerous for me to navigate stairs and the next morning, going down from my room there was spilled breakfast food and coffee up and down the stairs. The breakfast was acceptable, the usual Holiday Inn Express fare. Considering there was a ball hockey tournament in the village, I didn't find the noise level too excessive. I just can't believe that Holiday Inn Express would allow a situation in which both elevators were down twice in one night! They need to do better! As a regular IHG customer, I am not a happy camper!"
