Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). Sinon, l'appartement (ou plutÎt la grande chambre) est trÚs bien. Propre et bien équipé. L'hÎtel offre plusieurs services, mais vous n'aurez pas accÚs à tout si vous n'avez pas le bracelet approprié. Nous étions en basse saison, alors plusieurs restos fermés ou à heures réduites. TrÚs chers. Presque pas d'animation. POINT FORT : Le personnel est génial. Gentil, courtois, efficace et toujours souriant POINT FAIBLE : Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hÎtel, mais la plage est un désastre. Immensément de sargasse. Et de toute façon, la partie délimitée est peu profonde et a de gros massifs rocheux. Ne comptez pas y nager."
