"Thank you for such a lovely stay! Beautiful building and area. Very convenient if you are exploring Normandy. Staff was very kind but short staffed so things took a bit longer but not a big impact. Very clean and taken care of. We stayed in room 200 and it was incredible, such beautiful architecture. "

"This is not a 4 star establishment. We have stayed on better 3 star. The property itself is beautiful but it is run down and with basic facilities, we went for breakfast at 9am and they had run out of most food items, no staff around to assist. Had to go to reception to be told there was only 1 member of staff manning the reception and assisting with breakfast, as she was busy we had to wait for her to be free and restock the breakfast food. We decided to leave without eating. The on site...
