The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. "

"We had a hectic arrival from Haneda and late check-in at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location of the hotel but by the property itself. What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient.
