"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room large and very comfortable. Bedding and bed delightful. Bathroom good but so small. Lighting in room, as in most hotels, did not have a bright option so hard to see detail in mirrors etc. Bar small - never used the restaurant. Courtyard they promote is very small. Staff very accommodating. Would recommend but overall atmosphere felt a little pretentious and not relaxing in the public areas."

"The room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be at check in this was frustrating and the car park is beyond tight for parking, it was impossible for me to park in the first allocated space. The suite was a good size and had everything we needed, the pool was great with a bar to have some drinks. Didn’t try the breakfast. "Generally everything is “OK”. Check in was very impersonal and no explanation of where anything was or where the facilities where. Pool area is nice but no staff there and the bar is unmanned. Waited for 29 mins for “service” at the pool but gave up.. Room was nice but the “balcony” was fully enclosed so didn’t feel like a balcony and had no view… Mini bar only has 2 bottles of still water.. very clean and tidy but would probably say it’s a 3* plus hotel.. great if you are in Seville on...
