We had a fine stay at the hotel. It was easy walking distance to many restaurants for both dinner and breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was spacious enough.

Dorm like apartments would be great for mid to long stay. We just stopped one night and I wished we had more time. Excellent location in immaculate clean old town. Very walkable area. Super nice reception desk. Lots of restaurants and shops one block over. Was able to park our car in garage under building.

Location was very convenient, in the old town, on a quiet street. It was easy to get to University, Plaza Mayor and other sights from there, as well as getting to more modern part of the city. The JCH Congresso is an aparthotel, it means your room has separate bedroom and a very well appointed kitchen (with pots, pans, utensils, etc., coffeemaker, but no kettle though) Our rooms (bedroom, living area, kitchen area) were clean and had everything we might need during our stay. We would not mind staying there again, if we ever go to Salamanca in the future. Reception only works limited hours, so, if you need to check out early in the morning, and need to call taxi, you better talk to them the day before, as they may not be there. P.S. They allow pets (dogs).

Great location, easily walkable to everything. Parking is tight but that's not uncommon to European garages. Check out was at 11 but we had our car rental til 6 when family was coming to pick us up, and they extended the time we could use their parking after checkout which was appreciated. Left something in the room and they ran to meet us while we were driving away. No complaints. Would stay again.

The place is close to all of Salamanca's main attraction. The staff were very nice. Don't expect a 5 star hotel but its a very good value.

Great apartment close to the centre

The corridors look (and smell) a bit like a hospotal. Otherwise, the apartment itself was a good size, clean and comfortable. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and accomodating.

Overall good but the Parking garage is challenging

It was a good stay but the parking at the building is pretty tough. You would see A LOT of scratches on the wall because vehicles keeps hitting it. I think the space for the parking is simply BAD DESIGN. I don't want to park there again.

The apartments are well located and clean . They have no heating at certain times because it is controlled by central heating and the rooms are freezing. The window shutters don’t open so you have no natural light . No kettle, no plug for the sink and the underground parking is diabolical and almost impossible for a larger vehicle . Overall average
