"The elevator is broken and I had to carry all my luggage to the 4th floor without any help. That was so terrible. The carpet in my room is dirty, when I first got to the room, it smells bad. I won’t never come back again. That’s the bad experience."

"I did not get to stay in the room. I checked in and went back to my vehicle and tried to find parking. The parking lot was so full I could not park. I could not park and then go into the room and spend the night, so I spent $100 on a room I could not go into at all."

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking. The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult. The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area."

"The floor was dirty,the bathtub had brown stains in it and did not drain properly. The mat they provided was full of mold. They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again."

At breakfast, when I went to get juice for my niece I looked under and saw thick residue which I thought was just from the juice drying to one side after so many uses. I wiped it with a napkin to be sure and discovered that not only was it thick dried on residue, there was also mold in the spout.
