We were travelling as a family including my mother who is in her 80s and she was a bit unwell for part of the trip. I would like to award a 5-star rating to the location, as it is situated in the heart of Goa and the LTC bus stand is just 400 meters away. The building is completely peaceful and quiet. Furthermore, the breakfast is one of the best I have had in recent times. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay, the courteous staff, and the delicious food."

"Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well. The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing. Overall a quiet resort and a great nights sleep."

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite.
