They did not honor the pre paid booking with Hotels.com. Said they didn’t have any more rooms at that price. Claimed that Hotels.com regularly overbooks. I accidentally booked last minute for the wrong day (landed after midnight) and the staff worked with me to make sure it was all ok. Lovely quick stop before getting on the road again. Nice safe stop off 81 without having to go into Roanoke proper.

The hotel is old feeling. Still has a tub with cracks. The back of the office chair covered in dust. Food preparer at breakfast used his bare hands to place cups after cleaning the trash can with no gloves and did not wash hands in between. One of the beds smelled of urine.
