This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Beds were clean but rock hard, with old slippery bedding. The carpets filthy, whole place smelled like smoke. Breakfast was dirty and sparse, no protein whatsoever. Half the outlets and some tvs not working, as we had multiple rooms. The pool and hot tub room were closed the entire time for some reason. Absolutely zero amenities at this gross hotel. Probably the worst part was the water!!!!! Absolutely horrible. The water was smelly and dark brown right out of the faucet. I brought up a glass of this and told the front desk. They said it’s always like that and to just let in run. I ran the water for at least 5 minutes before it cleared up. I filled many inches in the tub with brown water. We were there for a 3 day high school tournament, nobody felt good about showering or brushing their teeth in the contaminated water. Our room let’s quit working early on the last morning we were there, and the front desk staff gave one of the dads a MASTER KEY to the entire hotel. What a crazy thing to do as we had girls and boys staying there.
The only positive I could note was the one lady that worked in the evenings at the front desk. She was very kind and friendly but what a gross place to work. Do not spend your time here.
