"We had zero issues with the property. Centrally located that allowed easy access to all areas of downtown Boston; especially regarding the Freedom Trail. Room was well-maintained by the housekeeping staff. Requests for additional needs were always quickly filled; hangers, towels, snacks/water/coffee, etc. A special "shout-out" to the front desk crew. Great personal interaction in helping with any questions that would arise during our visit. Never hesitated to research restaurant recommendations, train schedules, transportation to airport. Most importantly, always a smile(s) and called you by your name. Made sure that we received a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here a few weeks ago! My hotel room was huge. I was not expecting that much space. I really loved the community area in the center where there were fire pits as well as the new bar that was open during my stay. It’s about a ten minute walk to Essex Street and was so convenient!"
