The staff are very helpful and the hotel is located close enough to town to be easily walkable. At the same time its quiet and way from the loud music in town. The room was exceptional and the grounds beautiful. Very pleasing.

Fabulous property with kind staff. We arrived after 8pm (when check-in closes) but the staff communicated wonderfully and left clear check-in instructions. Halfway through our stay we asked to change rooms which they happily accommodated. Walkable to town but far away enough away to be out of the hubbub. We extended our stay by one night with absolutely no problems. No air conditioning but it wasn't hot enough in the evenings to need it. Excellent hot water showers.

Falta de respeto al turista, no respetan las reservas y aparte tratan de enredar al cliente pasándolo a una propiedad vieja y descuidada, no recomendado por deshonestos, además la recepcionista grosera y como que nos fuese a hacer alguna obra de misericordia desconociendo que pagamos por un servicio

This property is a real gem. The rooms are spacious and clean, and out of the "main" area of the town, but still close enough to everything, the best of both worlds. For the most part, it is a quiet area as well. The only concern is that there are roosters that love to start making their daily noises around 4AM and don't let up until late at night, but Salento is such a small town, I don't think you can get away from it no matter where you stay. Best to bring earplugs to be safe.

The room and garden are beautiful. Excellent location and the owner and staff are amazing. Highly recommend!

Perfection
Wonderful experience and I would stay again. Spacious room with great views. A few blocks from town and the bus station but there are hills. If you have difficulty walking consider renting a car instead of taking a bus.

This is a hidden gem in Salento. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful - every time someone saw me, even across the balcony, they were quick to wave and say hi. Rooms were huge, very well appointed with plush beds, clean linens, and a mini kitchen right in the suite. The neighborhood is quiet (unless you don't like the neighborhood roosters, but they are still quieter than downtown Salento traffic and they stop at night) and the views are outstanding. 3 blocks to the bus terminal and only a few minute walk to the town square, this is the perfect mix of serenity and accessibility. 10/10

Appartement très agréable et très propre avec petite cuisine bien équipée donnant sur jardin et terrasse, lit très confortable ; très bon accueil et bonne communication ; bien placé à 10 mn à pied du centre

2 night stop to visit Cocorra Valley & Salento
The room was very spacious with a large balcony, cooking facilities including fridge. The bathroom included shower and super bath. The staff were very helpful, communication was not a problem especially since there was also a Danish staff member who spoke English and gave good advice. The bed was large and very comfortable. And also a large TV. Just a little tip, I have found when travelling, English channels are limited. I found an amazing gadget on Amazon that sends your HMDI signal. Amazing for travelling. The location was fine, only a 5 minute walk to the centre but the balcony had a lovely view of the mountains.

Este hotel es precioso. Mucho mejor que 5 estrellas. Me senti como rey cuando llegue a las puertas Isabel me estaba esperando pense que habia llegado a la isla de la fantasia! Isabel parece ser la duena del lugar. Tuve un inconveniente pero Isabel se aseguro que todo estuviera a la altura que yo esperaba y lo logro. Volvere a este hotel cada vez que visite el area. Demasiado limpio! Demasiado seguro! Muy precioso.isabel makes this place better.i love villa Salento..
