Donna Giulia was a delight to stay in. We were a large family (8) and it accommodated us very well. We were very well looked after. Very central and near to excellent restaurants and bars. The beach promenade is just across the way. I strongly recommend staying at Donna Giulia

You will be very surprised to come into a beautifully maintained villa/B&B. The exterior is under construction but the apartments are beautiful, the breakfast is cooked to order(eggs) with fresh bread and pastries , yogurt, fresh fruit. The owner was very helpful, arranging taxis for us to get to the train station and local sites. We would stay there again!

The building itself is in the middle of a renovation and is not appealing but their space is wonderful, staff friendly and helpful with a great location.

The interior of the building was right out of a 1920's villa. Marble everywhere. Beautiful decor. The staff was exceedingly helpful about the history and sights to see. This was only supposed to be a stopover before we went to the Amalfi Coast. There was so much to see, I should have scheduled a couple more days.

A lovely room (one of 5 or so in a beautiful apartment). Spacious, clean and well located. It is in a shared building which is undergoing renovation - although I didn’t see any work being done and the scaffolding looks like it has been up for a long time. So the only downside is that you do have scaffolding and netting in the way of what would be a beautiful view - but it is a lovely space and I would stay there again.

A beautiful, historic, intimate property in a very central location. Allegra went above & beyond to help us locate parking and assist with luggage. The rooms were updated & bed was comfortable. Despite the construction, a very special property.

Loistava sijainti aivan vanhan kaupungin sekä meren vieressä. Ostoskatu korttelin päässä ja rautatieasemalle kävelee 10-15 min. Rauhalliset unet ihanassa huoneissa, suosittelen lämpimästä!

Great hotel near Centro storico

The hotel is very accommodating and wishing that you enjoy Salerno to its fullest. It is conveniently located near Centro storico and many restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately the building is still under renovation so while you can see the sea it is hampered by the netting.

The staff were excellent. The only issues were finding access initially to the building which has been under repair for years and the condition of the ground floor of the building. There is no external signage to the property just their name appears beside buttons next to locked wooden doors. It appears that they don’t exist and the address is an abandoned building. I couldn’t initially find the enterance.

Great location with very friendly staff

This hotel was in the perfect location to explore the old town and to access Amalfi ferries. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Vittoria went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all of the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Would definitely return!

Nothing more could be asked of our host Luciana and Nora, who received us on our initial arrival. The rooms and breakfast area are finished in an inspired manner and tasteful. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. What an amazing find on the waterfront promenade, our host full of suggestions for local and regional activities and meals. Bellisso!
