"I stayed at this hotel for about 2 hours and had to leave because of how dirty it was. The towels had visible stains on them, and even worse, the bed had stains too, which made it completely unusable. The heat didn’t work at all, and with it being around 26 degrees outside, the room was freezing and uncomfortable. The bathroom walls did not look clean at all, and overall the place just felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—just don’t go, it’s bad."

"Price was good, hotel is old and in need of upgrade. Hallways and stairs are not clean and had a strange odor. Bedroom was ok but the cover was old and worn. Workout room had old equipment. Television had terrible reception and was hard to see. Parking was good and the air conditioner was good but was very loud."

""I was disappointed with the service during my stay. Upon check-in, the front desk staff remained on a personal phone call and didn’t offer a simple greeting or 'hello.' The lack of professionalism continued at checkout; when I returned my keys, I wasn't acknowledged at all—no 'goodbye' or 'thank you.' The staff seemed more interested in their phones than the guests. Better customer service is definitely needed.""

"Food at the Bistro was delicious. The staff there were very nice. Evan at check in, was personable and efficient. The negatives were; no windows in the rooms and the Air conditioner in my room did not work. Maintenance came and made adjustments but did not fix anything. I slept in a warm room for two nights."
