"The check-in process was a bit messy as we were going to be late arriving due to our flight time; we were told different information about getting our key etc when the desk was actually open until 10pm and we picked it up just fine when we arrived! We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, only to find out the shower was over the bath and ended up back where we booked so we could have a walk-in shower! Would definitely book car parking next time as the street parking was inconvenient and...

"The property was very well maintained and centrally located. The only bad experience was with the check-in person. She had no welcoming smile, asked too many questions which should have been on record already as all my hotel bookings were with Expedia and no other hotel asked for my details except her. When asked, she was sullen."

"Thanks for the stay. New ownership transition takes time and I found the experience not well.
The property has potential, though maintenance updates to increase guest experience would help. However, the laundry was not operational, TV reception weak, the shower quite lukewarm and a water heater would be helpful here. Free parking 🅿️ is a bonus."
