"Room was dirty. Sheets looked like they weren't changed between guest smelled horrible of smoke staff was nonexistent. Room was not ready at 3.. waited an hour and still not ready. Switched rooms to get in... hair on the bed and floor. Stuff underthe beds and bugs in the shower. Disgusting honestly. ..."
