"Nice quiet location with ample parking, comfortable and clean rooms, late checkin available and helpful staff. Was only a brief stay but would be happy to stay here again when visiting longer."

"Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."

"Handy hotel for Geneva airport with free airport shuttle, although we were unable to work out how to get it from the airport to the hotel. Family was very sizeable and well laid out with 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen. Would recommend for a night before a flight. Only disappointment was the restaurant offerings, which were average quality and expensive."

"This is a horrible place. The first room the dirty towels and unmade bed shocked me. The room we next got had been prepared but the carpet was so dirty around 50% was actually black, the clean towels had stains. The staff are ok. The air conditioning works. The price for what it is is ridiculous. I will never use this hotel again. There is parking in the station car park but it’s very tight and there are dubious people hanging around."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold growing around the bathtub. The tub was also so small and awkwardly designed that there was barely enough room to stand for a shower. We practically had to squat to wash ourselves. "This place is a hidden gem even in the rain. Beautiful views surrounded us. The view from our room was amazing. The attractive style of the hotel made us feel very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. We rented e-bikes on property and cycled the lake trail. So fun!! Wish we’d allocated more than one night. I don’t see how you could be disappointed especially in the warmer months to use the lake amenities. Hope to return."

"Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads.
