"Nice room Great breakfast, staff always ready to help , Air conditioner. 5 mins walk to old town. We enjoyed our stay very much . Veronica the receptionist provided me with her own phone charger since I forgot mine . She gave us a link where to get the best deal for a boat trip . We need it to do our laundry and we found this beautiful laundry mat 5 mins walk called Pralo laundry . Nice clean . The staff all spoke English that made it easy to communicate. The whole experience was great."

"Lovely stay with friendly, accommodating staff We had a lovely stay and found the staff to be very friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout. The breakfast was a real highlight — plenty of choice and very good quality. The only downside is that breakfast doesn’t start until 7am, which may be a little late if you have an early start. There is also a small à la carte menu, which was convenient when we were short on time, and the food was good. Room service would have been a nice addition, though. Our room had a balcony with a clothes-drying rack, which was surprisingly useful and came in handy during our stay. The room also had a bathtub, although it wasn’t really suitable for having a bath as there's no plug and there's no tap, just the shower part worked. This wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t intend to use it as a bath anyway. Overall, a comfortable stay with particularly lovely staff, a great breakfast and some thoughtful practical touches."

"Room was on 2nd floor, very clean and shared kitchen on every floor. Staff cleans rooms every 2nd day. Kitchen had everything you needed, including plates, pans, even cooking oil and salt. Was a bit tricky with electric cooker as I have gas (ask Reception for details). Breakfast in canteen costs around 9eur, Lunch 13eur and dinner 18eur-we had dinner first night only (not worth the money in my opinion). Lots of grocery stores around close by and bakery right next door (to the building and Tommy supermarket). They are short of staff-the security covers Reception at night (the first night we stayed he made a mistake and gave keys to our room to someone else). Luckily, it was a decent man, he opened the door but didn't walk in. Must have realized it was not vacant when I switched lights on. It was a bit scary but I am sure it was one-off. I was not terrified as police always at reception or outside. Though it was a bit scary when you sleep in new accommodation and wake up from the key turning in your door )) Not too far from town - around 35min walk, but we always used Uber (around 6eur) as I was with young child. Staff is nice but did not feel they are going extra mile when asked a question. There were a few young sport groups came to compete-they were noisy practicing outside for 2 nights. Also first night young people were noisy on our floor but it was ok for us. I guess it depends who has booked at same time you are staying. Bottom line-you get what you paid for."

"Rooms were clean, staff helpful. Unfortunately some spa amenities were out of order and couldn’t be used. There is an odour coming from the spa to the floors - something is wrong with the air flow in the hotel and needs to be addressed by the management. The food at restaurant was below our expectations. Don’t order fish there - it wasn’t eatable, but we were charged anyway…"
