When I pulled back the bedsheets it was obvious that the linens had not been changed. There was a long black hair and several black specks of something on the bottom sheet. Gross. I will say though that the manager quickly changed the linens for me after I brought it to her attention.

The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The hotel offered a wonderful breakfast in the morning with a variety of options. The hotel also provided a shuttle to and from the aiport which I found very helpful.

The Grand America Hotel
Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City
The shower curtains were dirty and even had blood on them. The bed sheets claim to be hypoallergenic but gave me a bad body rash.
