Proximity to the maverick center was awesome. We came in for a concert and walked to it (5 minutes) Check in was smooth, sadly we missed breakfast because we were tired and slept in till 9:15 (breakfast is done at 9 I guess) Overall we would stay again if needed.

Stayed here for a few days for a concert at the Maverick Center. It’s so nice being so close we just walked there from the hotel. Friendly 24/7 staff and I enjoyed breakfast selection. I would stay here again!

Stair carpets were dingy. Hot tub was inoperable, and the pool area was too dim. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the food was hot, tasty, and well stocked. I would stay here again. Maybe consider replacing the aging mattresses.

The staff was awesome . The hotel needs a facelift. The room was clean but needs updating and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, the carpets need to be replaced. The flooring in the elevator was cracked and needs to be refreshed. There are bright lights in the parking lot and the blackout shade left a crack so the light comes in. The hotel is very quiet and even though it was full, I didn't hear alot of people during the night.

This hotel looks good on outside but the rooms are in need of renovations. The staff was very friendly which made the stay very nice. The ceiling in bathroom had a crack and hole from water damage but never fixed. My husband used the hot tub and said it was one of the best hot tubs with feet jets so that is a plus. Located conveniently next to a Cracker Barrel, shopping and stadium so location is very good.

Good, clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Breakfast was hot, eggs and sausage or bacon. Had cold lemon water to fill water bottles The only thing it did not have was a computer & printer to use. Luckily I bought my computer but I had to find a library to go print some paperwork.

Our stay was average. Breakfast was good. Staff provided good customer service….my only bad experience was the indoor pool. I took my grandkids to enjoy the pool, however, the pool room was very hot that even our cellphones kept shutting off from overheating; and that was without using them. Only one ceiling panel was open but everything else was enclosed. There was no air flow. Aside from that, our stay was ok.
