Overall, excellent stay. Bella at the front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and the pool area was great for kids having the garage and the great location made our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!

The room was nice and clean. I think my only complaints are paying for parking when there was plenty of space, the room was very loud, we could hear the road all night and had to go purchase a sound machine to help with the noise. Upon check out there was a staff member arguing on the phone with another staff member that also made it very uncomfortable.

Although I told the front desk that I did NOT have a vehicle, they charged me for parking, $15 per night. The front desk staff corrected the charge but beware that they will charge you and you will need to notify them if you do not have a vehicle.

The place is beautiful and very well cat even though there is construction going on you really didn't notice that the construction was there the only drawback I see is if you have a fury family member with you there isn't much classy area for it to use for the restroom you will have to walk down and find something or walk across the street you'll just have to walk and find somewhere for them to be able to use the restroom otherwise this place is beautiful it's got restaurants around it it's got a bistro in it the food is good I failed the prices are a little high for it but it works your best bet is to make sure you get a breakfast package when you book your room otherwise it à la carte and gets expensive enjoy your stay at the courtyard by Marriott in cottonwood Utah bound at the base of cottonwood canyon

We were put next to a construction site where there was lots of noise, on the flip side when we checked in one young lady went out of her way to find me a cart to use to bring my luggage in, when she could not find one. She cleared out a cart they had in the back room for me to use and it did not take long for me to unload all my items into my room. Once again going out of her way to help.

The hotel was very clean, in a beautiful location, and surrounded by restaurant options. However, our room was directly next to construction that was very loud and we were unaware of. We asked the front desk if there was any way we could change rooms and we were met with attitude and extremely rude customer service. We did not get to change rooms and ignored by the 2 evening shift front desk women for the rest of our stay.

The room and everything was extremely clean, my only complaint I have is the first person that checked us in was not friendly and when I asked about the area their only answer was I don’t know, she made no effort. Other than that the rest of the staff and everything about the property was excellent. I would stay here again.
