"The room was clean, but not appointed very nicely. the one chair had no arms and was frankly not comfortable. The bed was nice, and the pillows were very nice. The hot tub really helped my joint pain, but the floors were slippery and some of the metal covers nearby were corroded and rusty. The staff was a very nice young lady, or three of them in turn. All very nice. No complaints at al there. Breakfast was not great though. Bagels, cereal, fruits, so it was a "continental breakfast" whcih is fine except that the posting said free breakfast whic would typically contain scrambled eggs and sausage or some similar thing. Not here.
Overall, I feel like they sort of "cheap out" where they can. I get that business is business, but if you want me happy the chairs need to have arms and the breakfast needs to have protein. Staff +=10 (very nice, very helpful). Room =7 (clean but thoroughly underwhelming and sort of small). Breakfast =3 (snack level only)."
