The property is nothing like shown on the website. The loft with a bed is only a dream. If a dormitory like building & a shoebox of a room with a brick wall for view is to your liking then Kasa is just that. Homeless camps within view of the entrance is also worth mentioning. I checked in via virtual front desk, walked into the room and walked right out. Called Kasa & the agents were fantastic by phone & texts for lip service but useless for a refund solution, allegedly due to the booking done through Expedia. Likewise Expedia just as useless absolving itself due to non-refundable clause of Kasa. Bottom line, I lost my prepaid fee for three days to a totally misrepresented dwelling. Beware of all non-refundable bookings.

OK with a few downfalls
The room is all right but small. Except a few hair in the bathroom it was clean. Parking in a garage is a nice plus. The complete self check-in takes a little to get used to and find everything but it is well explained. It’s not a high end location. What I didn’t like is the view of our 1-bedroom [A) another one's balcony, B) a wall of the other house. C) an artificial dog park full of poop]. Also while there are lines for the sofa bed I also expected a blanket and some pillows similar to the ones in the bedroom. So, for the price we paid, I'm a little disappointed.

Kasa no casa
The hallway had dig poop for two days. A bug pile that stunk. The people upstairs had a nightly dance party till midnight They did not allow me to check in a day in advance even though they had available rooms I will not stay there again even though this was my 12th stay this year.

Lots of pros, but they need new cleaners...
The property was in a good location and close to downtown. The other tenants were quiet. The apartment was clean, modern, and homey. The kitchen had the essentials to cook simple meals. The bamboo memory foam mattress was firm and very comfortable. The check-in instructions were super helpful and thorough. The assigned parking spot in the underground garage was awesome since parking is a bit scarce in the area. Big downfall was their cleaning agency. We arrived to clean but damp towels that were folded and put away. Which was ironic since the dryer in the apt had a sensor to ensure items were dry. Our sheets were not changed as there were tiny black hairs everywhere, as if someone used the flat sheet as a cape while getting a hair cut. There were no spare sheets to change them out with. I texted the Kasa team at 9 am about it and didn't get a response until close to 6 pm with only a suggestion to look for a spare set. We washed them ourselves and they came clean which makes it likely they weren't washed at all. Cleaning agency also didn't refill the body wash or shampoo in the unit.
