Room was fairly clean, although we did notice that there were things under one of the beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Room was quiet. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Overall very pleased with stay.

Staff was pleasant. Room had sticky surfaces that had obviously not been cleaned or even wiped off. Room had not been updated in decades. Bathroom was small with a tub that did not look clean. Sink was slow to drain, and by the last day it took over an hour to drain. Furnishings and carpet, as well as the amenities, were old and outdated. The appearance of the entire building was old and poorly kept. Needs some updating to bring it into the current century. This hotel did not meet our expectations for a Quality Inn.

Room was clean, staff very nice, plenty of parking. Only "problem" is there are stairs that must be taken from the parking lot into the hotel. Not terrible, just might be difficult for some people.

The reviews on Google and hotels say this place is surrounded by homeless and a dirty hotel, nothing of the sort, new carpet decent room and was clean, the free breakfast was nice too.

This hotel was really nice, especially for the price. The staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast was great and included fresh waffles and fruit. They always have fresh coffee in the lobby and our deposit was refunded with no problem. I highly recommend.

My husband uses this place a lot. It was my first time. I did not have any interactions with the staff. The room felt, smelled, and looked clean. The bed was comfy. The AC worked. We used it for a quick over night while passing through. I would go there again.

We liked the fenced and gated parking lot since this did not feel like a particularly safe neighborhood. The power went out due to inclement weather but the staff did as much as they could. Staff were very professional.

The guys from the front desk were so nice. And actually provided assistance when asked. Out stay was comfortable and the hotel's rates and location were convenient. The only issue we encountered was that the tv in the room was so old and beat up that it barely worked.
