I dont usually leave reviews but i had to this time. The beds were comfortable but the room was so dirty. There was coffee rings and stuck food on the nightstand. The carpet edges looked like they didn't get vacuumed and the mirrors were so filthy I couldnt see to comb my hair. The bathroom had hairs and grim in the corners. The light in the vanity wasn't working and there was something splattered on the wall. The bed covers and blanket had stuff on them. I definitely feel like i paid more than it was worth. I feel like it could be a really ok place to stay if the rooms were cleaned better and the property was better maintained.

I lost my money. I didn't stay there because it was dirty, the smell was unbearable, horrible, and very dangerous. The photos shown online aren't true; the hotel is truly deplorable. That place should be shut down.

The first room they offered was in very poor conditions with several items broken, dirty and the bathroom walls were covered in poop stains. They were very understanding and switch us to a different room that was a bit better.

Our room was not very clean. The baseboards were dirty, the mirror hadn't been cleaned. The curtains in the room didn't close properly so the hotel sign next door shined in the room all night. The carpet was in need of shampooing, there was garbage on the floor behind the nightstand. There was only one washcloth in the room. The sheets on the beds were clean but very pilly and uncomfortable. There is garbage on the ground by the back door where guests enter. The landscaping needs attention. We waiting for 23 minutes for someone to come to the counter to help us even after using the phone on the counter. I had to give them my information a second time even after pre-checking in with that same information.

Title: Found Bed Bugs & Management Did Nothing I stayed at this Super 8 while waiting for my new apartment to be ready, and unfortunately had a really bad experience. I found bed bugs in my room along with a disgusting amount of trash and buildup under the beds — clearly not cleaned properly. I even sent photos and videos to management as proof. Instead of trying to help or offer any sort of solution, they told me to check out and refused to accommodate me further. They also claimed the room had been inspected, which clearly wasn’t the case based on the condition I found it in. If you care about cleanliness, health, or basic customer service — I’d recommend staying somewhere else. This place needs to seriously re-evaluate its hygiene standards and how it treats paying guests. My daughter couldn’t go to bed till 3 am since we were forced to clean it ourself for better peace of mind even tho it was DISGUSTING no matter what we did. The bath wouldn’t drain and would take half a day too.. one garbage can? And the vent looks like it wasn’t cleaned in years!! People yelling all the time and smell cigarette smoke constantly.. the staff was nice about the situation but wouldn’t accommodate me another night or 2 after that hell we went through in the beginning..

Staff was super friendly, room was presentable but there were stains on the headboard and cover sheet that looked like hadn't been washed, bed was very hard and could feel the springs through it and not great pillows, unfortunately they did not have any extras pillows either. Surrounding area is okay, it is off a frontage road near the highway but close to some gas stations and food

Carpets filthy; desk, night stand, and tv stand water rings and sticky. No coffee, condiments or cups; no ice bag for ice bucket. No kleenex, no pen or paper. Light over sink went out at 6:10 p.m. Called front desk; he was busy and said everyone else was at dinner. 30 minutes later my husband went down to ask for another room. The guy said he would be there in 5 minutes. He and a lady showed up with a ladder and fiddled with the fluorescent bulbs for 10 minutes. Couldn't get bad one out; finally put good on in top slot. Got other one out and it worked for 60 minutes max. We didn't even bother calling a second time. Dragged the floor lamp to sink for next day and a half. We have stayed here twice a year for the past 7 years but we won't be back. Tell Wyndham they need to send in a secret shopper (guest) and check out their facilities.

Although the staff was helpful and understanding, the overall feel was terrible. It smelled of vomit, the room was extremely dirty and it felt unsafe! They do not provide Do Not Disturb placards for the door.
