"I spoke to the owners about my thoughts, they were respectful and receptive which I appreciated. The rooms are clean, private, and large. They resemble a studio apartment. The beds are comfortable with a pillow top mattress. The problems they have are superficial and if I had to guess come from a financial beating they took because of covid like every other small business. There was no toilet paper roll holder, no floor mat for the outside of the shower. I was a single person staying one...

"- be mindful it takes about 10-15 mins thru car park to get to SeaTac/Airport Station - as soon as I had checked in front desk calls for me to move room which was inconvenient due to broken Toilet Handle - pics of hotel depicts microwave in room when there isnt- same with breakfast which didn't happen - Door to bathroom doesn't close unless you slam door Tv remote doesn't turn TV on. Have to manually turn it off, which was annoying when trying to go bed."

"Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing."

"I stayed here on short notice, and while the price was the cheapest available, the experience was a mix of good and not‑so‑good. The outside of the property could really use some attention — weeds are overgrown, the paint is faded, and at night it’s hard to see the entrance or where to turn in. Inside, the room was cleaner than some motels I’ve stayed in, but for a hotel I expected a bit more. The window shades and lampshades were noticeably dirty and stained. "Staff very nice. Room and hotel clean. Doors are super loud. You can hear the doors all day and night. Not great for a light sleeper. Came here for work and definitely would come back."
