Local magnífico, muito central, com empregados muito profissionais. Ótimo para quem quiser conhecer o Centro Histórico de Salvador. Aconselho vivamente.

The hotel is great given how historic it is. The location was good although a little bit of a walk from the centre. The reception and security staff are very nice and respectful but I was absolutely put off by the restaurant staff. The man at the restaurant is very rude. On the first morning we got to the restaurant right when they about to close breakfast. Other people were also taking food but the moment I tried to take anything, that guy picked up the ladles and would remove anything that I was trying to take. The other days too he had this look on his face when he would see us. I wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant. Sorry to say, but despite everything else being nice my experience was soured by this one person.

An Oasis of Calm

This hotel is a beautiful building, but it's the staff that make it what it is. From reception, through to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and smiling. Breakfast was OK, plenty of choice and reasonable coffee and the poolside massage service excellent value.

Experiência interessante ficar instalada num convento que é lindissimo e muito tranquilo. O staff é impecável ,o pequeno almoço é bom. O quarto é espaçoso, mas tem pouca iluminação e a limpeza devia melhorar.

Hotel molto bello, in ottima posizione. Struttura grande e suggestiva. Condizioni e pulizia non al top, ma comunque in tono con il quartiere Pelourinho. Comunque consigliato.

Le cadre est superbe, l'emplacement quartier historique pelorignio magnifique. Petit déjeuner a changé en fonction de la durée du sejour car pour 9 jours souvent la même chose.

Molto suggestivo l edificio situato in pieno centro storico ma purtroppo non pulito abbiamo trovato scarafaggi e un topo in camera. La colazione nella norma è il ristorante carente e disorganizzato.

The location and the look of the hotel is great. The staff was nice, helpful and polite troughout our stay. However, the room was so damped that it made it hard to sleep well ( even with the air conditioning on ). The cleanliness could also be brought up a notch : the floors were dirty and the bed spreads we were given have obvisouly not been cleaned in a while as they were stained.

The hotel was falling apart, the installations are old, the gym in maintenance, the pool dirty full of leaves and the rooms are not functioning properly (light in bathroom didn’t work)

Meu quarto estava um pouco fechado e com cheiro. Era no segundo o que acredito que seja a razão. O local é lindo e muito legal ficar em um convento. CAMA BOA, CHUVEIRO BOM E CAFE DA MANHA BOM. ADOREI A EXPERIENCIA E VOLTARIA MAIS VEZES

Building is beautiful but very poorly kept. Old, stained furniture, mold and poor cleaning standards in rooms. Restaurant service is provided by a third party, severely understaffed, mediocre quality. Gym room is tiny with very old and poorly kept equipment. Staff at front desk is attentive and courteous.

O hotel num prédio histórico é lindo, porém está precisando de manutenção, como nas cadeiras da piscina. Os funcionários são cordiais. O quarto é amplo, a cama é boa, os lençóis e chuveiro também. Porém o quarto tem um odor forte de velho, se vc for alérgico sugiro procurar outro hotel, o ar condicionado é geral, da para regular a temperatura, fiquei achando que o cheiro era do ar que não deve está recebendo manutenção necessária. A decoração é bonita porém talvez esteja na hora de trocar alguns estofados. Papel higiênico péssimo, daquele mais barato, não é dupla face, não condiz com um hotel 4 estrelas. Os corredores tem um tapete vermelho que deveriam ser renovados junto com o estofado para que o hotel não tivesse esse cheiro. Área da piscina muito bonita e agradável. Tem jacuzzi, sauna e sala de ginástica. Café da manhã bem fraco. No geral, valeu a experiência de ficar num lugar histórico, o bairro é muito bem localizado com muita opção em volta.

Excellent historical property but in desperate need of renovation. Rooms were decrepit and service was poor, especially the laundry which completely destroyed my suit trousers. I was shocked by the audacity of the staff to charge me after I made clear my trousers were returned in unwearable conditions, but at this point I couldn't be bothered to argue so I simply paid. (Really, my fault for thinking the hotel in such a state would know how to clean and press a pair of trousers!)

A idéia do Hotel é muito boa, entretanto está precisando melhorar os cuidados com a manutenção. Ficamos em um quarto com cheiro forte de muito tempo fechado, com falta de água no banheiro e água barrenta (parecendo agua de poço), sem controle para ligar a TV. O café da manhã péssimo, com pouquissimas opções. Às 8:00 da manhã o café parecia que já estava no final, já não tinha mais queijo, nem presunto, as bandejas vazias e sem qualquer reposição dos itens. Pedimos uma tapioca com queijo e presunto e parecia pegadinha do tipo: Ache o queijo e o presunto na tapioca. Muito decepcionante para uma rede pestana.

Equipe nota 10 !Mas uma pena o abandono do hotel , lugar lindo dentro de um convento. Mas sinceramente para ficar desta forma é melhor descontinua-lo como fizeram com o pestana no rio vermelho! Para uma rede internacional como a rede pestana não fica bem ter um hotel , nessa condição!

Infelizmente parecia que não era o hotel dos posts.Quartos com fungo e cheiro bem forte , impossivel quem tem alergia. Mal cuidado, falta manutenção e limpeza. Troca os de quarto pois o ar não suporta o hotel. Hotel grande com ar central que não gela o quarto. Mudei para um menor que pelo.menos não foi calor. Paredes sujas, apesar da proposta ser boa falta manutenção. Café da manhã ridículo, muiiiiiiiito ruim. Sem cuidado , hotel vazio, falta café, demora de repor, frios feios, mal cortados sem.cuidados, 3 tipos de bolos.simples, parecia um cafe de pousada barata. Infelizmente precisam rever a proposta na hora que fui fazer o check-out tinha um grupo se mudando para o pestana do Rio vermelho e pedindo para os famoliares pegarem antialérgico. Fakta cuidado, carinho com O local. Nao voltaria. Não estava de mal humor, mas não vale a pena, muito aquém do que parecia ser. O único ponto bom e a ducha que e muito boa e volumosa. Cama 9k, um pouco mole mas atende bem. Barata no banheiro , falta muita limpeza e manutenção.

O hotel por ser 4star esta muito abaixo da categoria, o quarto com cheiro de mofo, tv velha, não funcionava, quarto com falta de iluminação , prédio não tem ar condicionado , na recepção, restaurante muito quente .O cafe da manhã muita pouca opção. Era para ficar 3 noites, e so fiquei uma noite, fui para o Fiesta Bahia hotel tive q pagar mais 2 diárias . O Pestana Convento e um prédio histórico bem conservado, mas a limpeza, manutenção, e serviços prestados não pode ser considerado 4 estrelas, nao gostei , levei prejuízo, Pelo preço cobrado nas diárias esta muito caro , ja hospedei em varias hotéis e a primeira vez que me decepcionei com hotel. Espero que na próxima viagem tenho mais sorte. Obrigado
