Upon entering the bathroom I saw a small cockroach and another by the main door. There were also ants on the bathroom floor. I let staff know and they asked if I wanted to change rooms. I asked to first see the other room and saw another cockroach in that bathroom as well. There also seemed to be dead mosquitos on the bedroom floor in the main room. A lot of bugs here. What I did like was that it was a 15 minute drive to the airport. There is also a beach within about 2 minutes walking distance. I also appreciated the free breakfast. I also appreciated that I was able to check out 2 hours later, but they only charged me for 1 hour instead of 2. I gave it a 1 because I hate roaches, but I appreciated the other things I mentioned

We where very disappointed with this place it doesn't look very much like the pictures. When we checked in we got a room that there was a lot of bugs on the floor and the AC didn't work and than they changed the room to another one on the 4 floor without elevator. Over all I think the price is too high for what you get you can pay half the price on other place

O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ter água mineral ao invés de água de torneira, para maior conforto dos hóspedes. Fica parecendo proposital considerando que tem um freezer com água mineral a venda na porta do restaurante.

O hotel fica na praia de Itapuã, mas em uma rua residencial quando cheganos ja tatde da noite por conta do voo, teve uma festa ou comércio ao lado que rolou a noite toda, muito barulho, nao dormimos nada. O hotel nao tem escada, tivemos que subir com as malas 3 andares .
