Cosy apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. Great AC, big bathroom. Friendly staff, clean. Basic kitchen utensils.

O apartamento estava em boas condições mas a lixeira da cozinha não tinha tampa. O apartamento para deficientes era adequado e espaçoso. Falta infraestrutura local para cadeirantes como vaga de estacionamento para cadeirante. As calçadas no entorno do hotel são inadequadas, muitas vezes estreitas demais.

O hotel poderia disponibilizar para pagamento bebidas (água, refrigerante e outros). A cama de casal é muito pequena e os colchões já merecem ser trocados pois já estão muito ruins. As atendentes da recepção são super gentis e atenciosas.

A experiência foi ótima desde o início, com o atendimento impecável das meninas da recepção. O hotel ainda oferece descontos para o Projeto Tamar e um restaurante parceiro, além de comodidades como água e máquina de gelo na recepção. O quarto é bem equipado, com brindes de biscoitos, cama confortável, móveis e instalações de qualidade. A única coisa que poderia melhorar seria a inclusão de café da manhã, mas já sabia que não era oferecido e foi uma questão de falta de atenção minha. Recomendo!”

Pelo valor da diária achei que seria melhor, as fotos engana muito! Sinceramente não gostei. A única coisa que pra mim foi bom , é que fica dentro da vila. Não tem café da manhã, e o local que eles indicam é péssimo! Paguei 1.300 em duas diárias! Péssimo sem palavras pra explicar minha insatisfação e decepção.
