"Firstly, we did not get to stay at Residence du Port as our booking confirmation could not be located. We asked to look around so as to make a new reservation, but found that the pool was inaccessible as we were informed that it was under renovation. We were also informed that the wifi was not free as indicated in my confirmation. We were also not happy with the 2 units which were left. "
