1 star deducted for the warm water issues - we stayed a total of 3 nights, and there was no warm water from the shower on the 2nd and 3rd night. 1 star deducted for the lack of proactiveness to provide heads-up to the warm water issue. We passed the reception when we returned to the hotel on the 2nd night, and the receptionists greeted us. One of them (a guy) later informed me that they were facing water heater issue after I asked about the lack of warm water in our shower. My wife had to shower in cold water (after spending a day in sub-zero temperatures) since she had already shampooed her hair before realising there was no warm water. She had been coughing from that night till now, 4 days after we’ve checked out. 1 star deducted for the receptionist (a lady) on the 3rd night for wilfully refusing to acknowledge the warm water issue until a staff came to our room to verify that there was indeed to warm running water in the shower. 1 star deducted for the lack of amenities (for a 4-star hotel).
