Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Zimmer waren komfortabel und sauber, und das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch perfekt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff really helpful. Lots of public transport options but also walkable. Breakfast options really varied, all delicious and fresh. Mirabell Gardens are incredibly close too.

We had a memorable stay in Hyperion. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to major tourist attractions and within 10 min walking distance from the main train station.

Modern hotel with lovely rooms and facilities. Whilst the bar, concierge area and restaurant were clean, our room was not well cleaned and one day, it was not cleaned at all. The staff at reception were also not knowledgeable about the local area and even told us to go to the wrong bus stop to get to the airport, resulting in us being delayed. They clearly need some more training...!

Great hotel with superb service
This was our first time in Salzburg and we visited the hotel for 2 nights. The check in process was perfect, very serviceminded and always friendly and helpful personal. Meanwhile we checked in we where offered sparkling wine or a soft drink. The cleaning was very good as well. The location of the hotel was perfect with walking distance to the railway station and also the Old town with all the touristic attractions. The hotel is holding the 5 stars and we would love to come back next time we will visit Salzburg! We warnly recommend this hotel, thank you!

I booked a King bed and they put us in a twin bed room. For a 5 star £400 per night this was appalling especially as this was a New Year getaway for my partner and I. I have never been in this situation before. I had to ask on the second day but by that time my partner didn't want to repack her things and move room. I didn't get what I paid for and in this regard, cannot recommend this hotel.

Total scam, travelers beware! Originally i have booked a double room for three nights from Dec29.2023 throughout January 1st 2024 and my booking believe it or not, is still active until my scheduled checkout tomorrow morning as I am telling this story and my experience! The Hotel scam is occurring actually by being informed through email directly from the hotel prior to my arrival, even though my original room booking was through Expedia, that they are offering me a holiday special upgraded room/suite at the rate of about 280 euros plus taxes and fees is a significant discount compared to my quite high original rate for a smaller room! So, I have responded to their offer and accepted it and shortly it was all agreed and confirmed! Just now when I am ready to settle up before tomorrow's departure, l ( best part ) I am informed that the actual upgrade special of €280 per night was ACTUALLY ADDED TO MY TOTAL OF PREVIOUS ROOM CHARGE SO NOWI AM OBLIGED TO PAY OVER € 500 PER NIGHT! NOW THAT IS DIRTY! SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF AMERICAN CITIZENS!

We're sorry that you thought this would cancel your existing booking and give you a cheaper deal. This is definitely a communication problem of both sides in your case. This could have been avoided if you had spoken to us directly about it. HYPERION HOTEL SALZBURG
Nice, clean hotel. Desk attendants and some of the bar/restaurant servers were polite and efficient. Although somewhat knowledgeable they really need a proper concierge who.really knows the area. Breakfasts were awesome. Lots of buffet choices (made to order omelets were delicious). This hotel is fairly new so some of the problems we experienced were mostly with housekeeping. Here are a few examples: wouldnt wash a small load of lanudry (1 sweatshirt, 1 sweatpant-even though they took it and kept it for 4 hours) b/c it was the weekend; you could barely tell they cleaned the room (slippers were not picked up) & they took all the washcloths & left one dirty one behind. I had to call twice to get some clean replacements (took over an hour). Also ChristmasEve dinner was a set menu with only one choicefor each course. So we ended up eating at the bar. **3.75 stars** Needs a little more work to move up to 4 or 5 stars.

Mycket fint hotel med några förbättringsområden.
Underbart hotel, mycket trevlig personal. Förbättringsområden: med så stora rum, borde det varit två fåtöljer i varje rum. Ett femstjärnigt hotel borde ha detta som standard. Loungen, väldigt trevligt inredd, bra med dryck, den borde ha kontinuerlig tillsyn och påfyllning av mat etc. Nu tog allting slut efter en kvart.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Amazing breakfast! I am coeliac and they were able to accommodate gluten free options for breakfast. Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. The manager and 3 members of staff came to personally wish me happy birthday during breakfast. Fantastic stay!
